RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Any items that you wish to return or exchange and is free from fault must be unworn and in saleable condition. all returns and exchanges are made at the company's discretion whilst acknowledging our responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 

Where possible, we ask that all items are returned in original packaging with labels still attached.

​Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories or are not eligible for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons, unless they're faulty.

a.) Goods made or supplied to a special order, including items personalised with the pupils initials or name and includes names tapes

b.) Socks and tights removed from packaging

c.) Undergarments and mouth guards

All items* are subject to a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase/receipt

​Items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered faulty due to a manufacturer fault, the item will be replaced like-for-like or refunded at the purchase price. items over 6 months will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.

This returns policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
